Book your session and confirm the shoot date with your photographer.
1–2 days before the shoot
The ideal window. Fresh result, and the white diet is done before call time.
Shoot morning
Avoid coffee and tea. Water or clear drinks only if you can manage it.
Between shoot days
On multi-day shoots, a 30 minute top-up keeps the shade consistent across frames.

Questions we get asked

How soon before a photoshoot should I whiten?

One to two days before is ideal — the result is at its brightest and the 24 hour white diet is finished before you are on set.

Will whitening look unnatural on camera?

No. The treatment lifts stain from your own enamel rather than adding a coating, so the shade stays yours — just brighter.

Can you come to the studio or location?

Yes, we travel across the GTA. Send the location, call time and how many people need whitening and we will confirm.
